Spiridion Brusina molluscs collection
Spiridon Brusina recent molluscs collection contains most of the bivalve and gastropod species present in the Adriatic Sea. Marine molluscs form the bulk of the collection, alongside freshwater species, and to a lesser extent terrestrial and subterranean molluscs. The collection includes type specimens. All material is preserved as dry preparations (mollusc shells).
