The museum is closed on: January 1, January 6, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, May 1, May 30, Corpus Christi, June 22, August 5, August 15, November 1, November 18, December 25, and December 26.

Items left in the museum cloakroom are stored for up to 7 days. Please collect your belongings on time.
Professional guided tours, workshops, and additional programs are available for schools, groups, and organized visits upon prior reservation.

Visitors using wheelchairs can move freely through all exhibition spaces with the help of elevators and accessible entrances. The museum also provides accessible restroom facilities.
