Croatian Book Month
“Croatian Book Month” is the traditional and largest event in Croatia dedicated to books, bookselling and librarianship.
From 15 October to 15 November, numerous programs are held in many Croatian libraries with the aim of bringing books closer to end users.
Our Museum is also part of this event.
At the Children and Youth Department of the Zagreb City Library, library users, both children and adults, can view the exhibition “A Story about Butterflies” by Dr. Iva Mihoci and Dr. Martina Šašić Kljajo until mid-November.
A cheerful and educational workshop was also held for young readers from the Budućnost Kindergarten.
“I sincerely thank you for the excellently held workshop. You were wonderful, and our little guests were just as wonderful. Both children and adults are delighted with the exhibition, and we have received positive reactions from two colleagues from Dubrovnik and Zagreb who visited yesterday, a tourist from Brazil, and many others. Thank you all for brightening our Croatian Book Month! We would be happy to cooperate again in the future.”
Kind regards,
